Location: It stands in the center of Yaltkaya village (Gumno) in the Hemşin district of Rize. History: The building, also known as the Ali Çelebi Mosque, has three inscriptions: on the east entrance, the minaret, and the wooden ceiling. According to the eleven-line Ottoman Turkish inscription on marble above the entrance, the building was renewed (tecdid) in 1324 AH (1906).
