The Amasya Sultan Mesudî Bridge is a historic bridge in the centre of Amasya, at the fork of the road leading to the town of Ziyaret, at the point where the Tersakan River joins the Yeşilırmak. It was built in the 12th century during the reign of the Seljuk Sultan Mesud I. Built of cut stone with a single span, the bridge has the humpbacked form characteristic of the Seljuk period. The Amasya Sultan Mesudî Bridge resembles the Hundi-Kûnç Bridge in Amasya, built in the same period. In active use until the 1970s, it provided passage between the two banks in central Amasya.
