Editor's Note
Located in Yalıköy Mahallesi of the Fatsa district, this mosque of unknown date and patron consists of a portico (son cemaat yeri), a prayer hall (harim), and a women's gallery, and was built with a stacked construction system using cut stone and rubble stone. With a single entrance on the north facade, its portico is round-arched, resting on stone columns, three running east–west and four running north–south. A symbolic timber minaret has been added to the roof. The interior is covered by a flat wooden ceiling, while the exterior has a hipped roof in four directions clad in Turkish-style tiles.
