Editor's Note
The ancient settlement in the Yarbaşı locality of Değim Village, central district of Çankırı province, lies about 200 m west of the village, on a terrace on the northern slope of the village road. This terrace rises about 4 meters steeply from the road and then climbs gently northward on a soft incline. It ends at a streambed to the west and at the foot of hills to the north and east. A surface survey of the area revealed abundant Roman-period pottery fragments and roof tiles.
