LOCATION: The fountain stands to the east of the mosque in the village square of Seki Village, 10 km from the center of Ilgaz district. DATE OF CONSTRUCTION: According to the inscription, the old fountain was built in AH 1230 / AD 1814-15. PATRON: According to the inscription, it was built by Haci Muhammed Aga. INSCRIPTION: On the fountain today there is an inscription measuring 0.67 x 0.36 m, horizontally rectangular, written in four lines and seven panels and worked into the stone using the ground-carving technique.
