Celal Bey Camii is a mosque in Tosya, Kastamonu; According to the marble information plaque above the entrance door of the mosque that stands on the site today, the structure was built around 1511 by Kadi Celalettinzade, the father of Mustafa Celebi, the treasurer (defterdar) of Selim I (Yavuz Sultan Selim).

According to the marble information plaque above the entrance door of the mosque that stands on the site today, the structure was built around 1511 by Kadi Celalettinzade, the father of Mustafa Celebi, the treasurer (defterdar) of Selim I (Yavuz Sultan Selim). Damaged by causes such as fire and earthquake, the mosque was rebuilt in 1978.
