Editor's Note
The mosque, located in the village of Eskiçağa in Yeniçağa district, sheet 1, parcel 229, in a garden by the village road, has a longitudinal rectangular plan; it has rubble-stone masonry walls and a wooden ceiling. The mosque, which has no inscription, is accepted to have first been built during the reign of Yıldırım Beyazıt, at the end of the 14th century. From the north facade one climbs a stairway to a landing and enters the mosque through the door facing it. The women's gallery to the north is reached by a wooden stairway on the right. The women's gallery is wide; it is set into the wall at two corners and carried in the middle by two wooden posts.
