Near the Kayas Mosque and close to Kayas Primary School there is a fountain built in 1917-18. Made of andesite block stone, the fountain has a single basin and an inscription. The inscription on the pediment reads: "He is the Everlasting. This is the charitable work of Haci Satilmis Aga. 1336." According to its inscription, the fountain was commissioned by Haci Satilmis Aga in 1917-18. Its surroundings have been turned into a park by the Mamak Municipality, and the fountain's water still flows. However, the pediment has been defaced by disrespectful people and marred with unpleasant oil-paint markings.
