It lies between Plevne Avenue, Ulucanlar Avenue and Hacı Bayram Avenue. The Ulucanlar Prison covers most of the cemetery area. During excavation work carried out in 1987 for a storage facility intended as an addition to the prison building, on a plot outside the prison known to have been used as a cemetery, numerous human bones were uncovered [Özal, G. (2017).
