It is located within the boundaries of Cedit Ali Paşa Quarter, Marmaraereğlisi district, Tekirdağ province. The fountain in the middle of the road has a square plan, is single-faced, and was built of cut stone. A mirror stone sits within a pointed-arched niche. Adjacent to the fountain is a registered water gauge (su terazisi). It was registered as a Cultural Property to be Protected (Group 1) by decision no. 13416 of the High Council of Immovable Antiquities and Monuments, dated 16 January 1982.
