Editor's Note

Inscription: Recite the Fatiha for the souls of the first patron Hacı Mustafa Ağa, son of Sarı Ahmed, and the second patron Seyyid Süleyman Ağa, son of Kılıç, and for the holy souls of the two Imams (1275). Patron: Hacı Mustafa Ağa (1859). Description: Built of marble, the fountain has an elongated rectangular face flanked on both sides by two pilaster-like columns. The central section bearing the spout and inscription consists of two large slabs. The upper slab carries a five-line inscription within a floral rosette; the lower slab bears the spout.
