It stands at the garden entrance of the Tekirdağ Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, within the boundaries of the Yavuz neighbourhood in the Süleymanpaşa district of Tekirdağ province. The repair inscription on its front reads: "Tayyare-Deli Battery-renewed-29.1.Teş. 1940-Battery commander Captain A. Turgut, Sergeant Major ... Çanakkale, ... Corporal Güner." The fountain, thought to have originally been built in the late 19th or early 20th century, was repaired in 1940 using different materials without regard for its original form.
