Commissioner: Gregorie de Kesekab, the Hungarian-born French consul Ferenc Rákóczi, had the fountain repaired in 1892. Address: on Şaraphane Avenue, 100. Yıl Neighbourhood, sheet 80, block 1262, parcel 17. Detailed description: The fountain, set below road level, consists of a face slab mounted on a long wall, a basin, and the inscription above the face slab. The semicircular arch in the centre of the façade forms a shallow niche. Within the curved semicircular part of the arch can be seen the eagle that is the coat of arms of Ferenc Rákóczi.
