This site lies within the bounds of Kaşıkçı village in the Süleymanpaşa district of Tekirdağ province. It is a rectangular-plan masonry building with a single minaret. It was built in 1892. Today it has largely lost its original form. It was registered as a Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 1) by decision no. 2713 of the Edirne Regional Directorate for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, dated 14 October 2015.
