This site lies within the Kaşıkçı quarter of the Süleymanpaşa district in Tekirdağ province. The cut-stone, rectangular-plan, single-fronted fountain has a pointed-arch niche on its facade, within which are the inscription panel, mirror and spout sections. Its four-line inscription reads: "This … fountain was built in 1298 by the immigrants who, having migrated from Servi in Bulgaria, settled in this place. Year 1310. Written by Sakızlı Hakkı."
