It is located within the boundaries of the Saraçilyas neighborhood in the İpsala district of Edirne province. It is a single-faced fountain built of cut stone, with a rectangular plan and a pointed arch. The fountain, which bears no inscription, now lies below road level and is in a neglected state. It was registered as an Immovable Cultural Asset Requiring Protection (Group 1) by the Edirne Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Assets through decision no. 2384, dated 14.05.2015.
