Editor's Note
This is an Ottoman-period bath house located on Bostan Street in the İpsala district. No longer in use today, the bath shows signs of additions made over time. Only its domes have been determined to remain in their original form. In its original state, the three-domed bath consisted of warm (ılıklık), changing (soyunmalık) and hot (sıcaklık) sections. Over time, however, the additions made to it caused the bath to lose its original character. It was registered as an Immovable Cultural Asset Requiring Protection (Group 1) by the Edirne Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Assets through decision no. 555, dated 24.09.2012.
