Editor's Note
One of Bursa's best-known thermal baths, the Yeni Kaplica was originally a small bath, but after it eased Suleiman the Magnificent's gout, it was rebuilt in 1552 by his son-in-law Rustem Pasha. The water in the room at the entrance is very hot because it arrives without mixing with any other water.
