Founded in the 15th century by Seyyid Usul, who came from Bukhara, the lodge is one of the rare structures to have partly survived to the present day through repairs. The founder of the complex is Seyyid Usul. Restoration work began in 2006 and was completed in 2008, after which it was opened to service as the Seyyid Usul Cultural Center. Given the many Ushaki graves in its cemetery, we surmise that it was an Ushaki lodge.
