It is on Alancık Street in the Meydancık quarter. It was built before 1497 during the reign of Sultan Mehmed II (the Conqueror) by Kazzazoğlu Sole Mehmed Paşa. Sole Mehmed Paşa built three masjids in Bursa. Its ownership belongs to the General Directorate of Foundations. It consists of a square main prayer hall with interior dimensions of 7.00 by 7.00 metres and a portico (last congregation space) 3.65 metres deep. The mosque's entrance has a pointed arch, and its walls are built with three rows of brick and one row of cut stone. The main prayer hall is covered by a large dome, while the portico is covered by a vault.
