Editor's Note
Founded in 1967 by Numan Büyükyanbolu, the establishment has continued to produce candied chestnuts and raisin cookies using the same recipe since the year it was founded. Büyükyanbolu was named Bursa's provincial ahi (master craftsman of the guild) in 2022. Source: www.ulkupastanesi.com.tr
