Editor's Note
In 2024, the Bursa Regional Directorate of Foundations called for the church's evacuation because it was not earthquake-resistant, and the church has since been vacated. It was built in the late 19th century by French-descended merchants living in Bursa who belonged to the Filles de la Charité order. The building's decoration is known to have been carried out in 1927 by Father Prosper Lamerand of the Assumptionist order and a Russian painter. The French Catholic Church has a single-nave plan in a rectangular form.
