It lies within the boundaries of the village of Iğdır in the Selim district of Kars province. Although the exact construction date of this bridge over the Kars River is unknown, it is thought to have been built during the Russian occupation between 1878 and 1918. The bridge, 32 m long and 6.20 m wide, has lost its arches, and only the piers on the two banks survive today. It is estimated to have had two or three arches. 1
