Editor's Note
It is located within the boundaries of the village of Aşağı Kotanlı in the Selim district of Kars province. The railway bridge over the Kars River, on the Kars–Sarıkamış section of the Transcaucasian Railway's Batumi–Tbilisi–Gyumri–Kars–Erzurum line, was built between 1910 and 1913. The bridge has steel railings and rests on stone piers on both banks.
