It is located within the boundaries of the village of Benliahmet in the Selim district of Kars province. The exact date of construction is unknown, but based on its architectural features the building is estimated to have been erected during the Republican period. It is a cut-stone structure with a rectangular plan and a porch decorated with floral motifs above the entrance door.
