It is located within the boundaries of the village of Dölbentli in the Selim district of Kars province. Thought to have been built in the mid-20th century during the Republican period, the structure was also used as a mosque for a time, and a sheet-metal minaret survives beside it today. It is rectangular in plan and made of stone.
