It is located within the boundaries of the village of Eskigeçit in the Selim district of Kars province. Thought to have been built in the mid-20th century, the structure is a cut-stone fountain with a pointed arch and a triangular pediment, featuring a pointed-arch basin within a pointed-arch niche.
