Editor's Note
It is located within the boundaries of the village of Çatak in the Sarıkamış district of Kars province. It is thought to have been built during the construction work carried out between 1910 and 1913 on the Kars–Sarıkamış section of the Transcaucasian Railway, while Kars was under Russian occupation. The single-storey building has an L-shaped plan and is made of cut stone. It is in ruins today.
