Editor's Note
It is located within the boundaries of the village of Çıplaklı in the Selim district of Kars province. It was built during the Russian occupation of 1878–1918 and converted into a mosque in the mid-20th century. The columns in the naos of this rectangular, three-aisled building have survived to the present day. In its original form, the center of the naos is thought to have been covered by a dome. It was registered as a Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 1) by decision no. 4367 of the Kars Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, dated 24 March 2025.
