Editor's Note
It is located within the boundaries of the İnönü neighborhood in the Sarıkamış district of Kars province. Although its construction date is unknown, it is thought to have been built at the same time as the Sarıkamış Military Hospital Building, erected in 1882 while Kars was under Russian occupation. It is single-storey, rectangular in plan, and made of cut stone.
