Editor's Note
It is located within the boundaries of the İnönü neighborhood in the Sarıkamış district of Kars province. The exact date of construction is unknown, but the building is known to have been erected as an officers' club during the Russian occupation of 1878–1918. In 1926 it was converted into the Central Girls' Secondary School and is still used as a school today. A wing was added to the southern facade of this single-storey, rectangular, cut-stone building during the Republican period.
