It is located within the boundaries of the Sarıkamış district of Kars province. It is thought to have been built together with the Katherina Pavilion 30 m to its northwest. Constructed using the timber-frame infill (çantı) technique, the pavilion has a rectangular plan. On the kitchen wall there is a composition depicting women dancing around a palm tree.
