Editor's Note
It lies within the bounds of the village of Eren, in the Digor district of Kars province. The area, found in ruins on a hilltop, is understood to have been a fortified settlement. The foundation remains of the outer walls, built with the dry-stone technique, have survived to the present day. It was registered as an Immovable Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 1) by decision no. 3076 of the Kars Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Property, dated 27 January 2021.
