Editor's Note
It was built between 1910 and 1912 by the Russians as the tower of an airfield. The tower stands three storeys high on a stone-masonry base. The concrete lower floor has a cylindrical body reinforced by buttresses leaning against it. The middle floor is likewise of reinforced concrete with a round body. The upper floor, made of wood, was designed with an octagonal body. Old photographs show that it once had an additional small octagonal window opening at the very top.
