Editor's Note
It lies within the bounds of the village of Kötek, in the Kağızman district of Kars province. It was built in 1910 by Sheikh Numan (Atalay) Efendi, who stayed in the region during the Russian occupation and sought to instill a sense of Turkish-Islamic identity in the local people. It has a rectangular plan.
