It stands 170 metres northeast of Micingirt Castle, on a slope near the valley. As it bears no inscription, its exact construction date is unknown; however, on the basis of its plan, architecture and decorative features it is thought to have been built in the 12th century by the Saltukid Beylik. The tomb rises on a cylindrical base below; its body is twelve-sided on the outside and round in plan within. Although it has not survived, it is understood to have been crowned by a pyramidal cap.
