Located in the Gaziahmet neighbourhood of central Niksar, this bath, whose patron and date of construction are unknown, now stands within the garden of a house and is closed to use. Built on an east–west axis, the structure is rectangular in plan. The bath was constructed in the transverse hot-room, double corner-cell (halvet) plan type. Beginning from the east, it consists of a disrobing room, a cold room, a toilet, a hot room and a water tank. The furnace (külhan) section has not survived. Rubble stone was used as the building material, and the floors were covered with concrete during repairs.
