The grave belongs to Çepnizâde Hasan Bey, who built the Niksar Great Mosque (Ulu Camii). Standing in the middle of the junction where Ünye Avenue, Halil Efendi Street and Ulucan Street meet, the upper part of the grave was rearranged at a later date, while the burial chamber lies lower down.
