Softuoğlu Konağı is a historic building in Niksar, Tokat; One of the examples of traditional Niksar architecture that have survived to the present day, the mansion bears no inscription, so its patron and date of construction are unknown; however, on the basis of its decorative features, building technique and plan type, it can be dated to the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

One of the examples of traditional Niksar architecture that have survived to the present day, the mansion bears no inscription, so its patron and date of construction are unknown; however, on the basis of its decorative features, building technique and plan type, it can be dated to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It was originally two storeys above ground. After the 1942 Niksar earthquake, by decision of the municipality the third floor of the house was demolished and the roof was placed over the first floor.
