Located within a small graveyard in Çamağzı Village in Tokat's central district, the building is popularly known as the "Sancı Tekke" (Lodge of Pains). The tomb's patron and exact construction date are unknown; based on the dates of the gravestones in the graveyard, it is thought to date to the 15th century. The nearly square rectangular space is covered by a dome with pendentive transitions. Entered through a low-arched door on the north facade, the tomb is illuminated by slit windows set high in the east, west and south walls. Inside, there is a mihrab niche in the south wall. The tomb contains two sarcophagi.
