It is located on a low hill in Gümenek Village, within the central district of Tokat Province. The building has no inscription and its exact construction date is unknown; its architectural features suggest it may have been built in the 15th century. The square-plan tomb is covered by a dome with Turkish-triangle transitions. Entered through a door on the north facade, the tomb has one window each on its east, west and north facades. The body walls are built of rubble stone, while the transition elements and dome are of brick. Cut stone was used in the door and window arches (Gündoğdu et al., 2006).
