Rectangular in plan along an east-west axis, two-storied and with an open courtyard, the building was expropriated by the General Directorate of Foundations in 2010 and then underwent a comprehensive restoration lasting until 2019; after this restoration its historic fabric was preserved and it was converted into a boutique hotel, opening that same year.
