It is located in the Gönüloğlu neighbourhood of Suşehri district. The building was commissioned in 1914 by the Suşehri District Governor Hilmi Kalaç during the term of the Sivas Governor Ahmet Muammer Bey (A. H. Kalaç 1960: 87).
