The bathhouse is located east of the Beyoba settlement in the Pazar district, north of the road from Pazar to Zile, about 600 m from the road, at a spot known as Sarayönü. The bathhouse, with field tracks passing to its south and east, has land now used for agriculture to its west and north. As its exact location could not be determined, it has been added according to this description. The bathhouse must have been built by Hacı İvaz Pasha during a period extending from the late 14th century, while he served as the subaşı (military governor) of Tokat, up to the year 1412.
