Editor's Note
The mosque is located on Gençlik Avenue in the Yukarı neighborhood of the Güdül district of Ankara province. Built of rubble stone masonry, the mosque has a square plan and a tile roof. The window transitions are of cut stone. There are two historic inscriptions on the entrance side of the mosque, both dating to the Republican era. The first inscription is on the lintel of the entrance and reads 'BURNED 1926 BUILT 1935.' The second inscription is on the wall where the entrance is located and reads '1935 MAŞAALLAH.' The mosque's main portal is square-planned and of cut stone, with two rosettes on its right and left.
