The mosque is located at the intersection of Ağaçeşme Street and Yağcılar Street in the Emirler neighborhood of the Güdül district of Ankara province. The mosque has a rectangular plan and a hipped tile roof. It is built of rubble stone masonry. The mufti's office plaque on it bears the date 1320 (1902). The minaret, built of cut stone, rises from the northwest corner of the mosque and was probably added later. The mihrab is of marble, with muqarnas and palmettes. It bears the verse 'Fevelli Vecheke Şatra'l-Mescidi'l-Harâm.' Two wooden columns rise within the prayer hall. The pulpit is wooden.
