Editor's Note
It lies within the village of Kocabaslar in the Lapseki district of Canakkale province. The water mill survives today as a ruin with a collapsed roof. A water channel connected to the mill has also been identified. It was registered by the Canakkale Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage under decision no. 7763 dated 01.04.2022.
