It lies within the Cumhuriyet neighborhood of the Lapseki district of Canakkale province. The building stands by the sea and has a cylindrical plan, a stone staircase, two storeys, and a conical roof. Inside are the millstone and the wooden mechanism that turns it. Now used as a cafe, the mill has been enclosed with PVC and laid out as a garden.
