Editor's Note
It lies at the Kavakdere locality within the boundaries of Çeltik village, in the Biga district of Çanakkale province. At the site, mortared wall remains can be observed alongside pottery sherds. Where tile fragments, amorphous pieces, and clay pipes have also been found, the site is thought to have been a rural settlement of the Classical period at the earliest and the Early Byzantine period at the latest. It was registered by the Çanakkale Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Property by decision no. 7580, dated 27 January 2022.
