It lies within the boundaries of Bakacak village, in the Biga district of Çanakkale province. It is a single-storey, rectangular-plan masonry building. It appears to have been repaired at various times. In its facade design and plan scheme, it is an example of Early Republican period school buildings. It was registered by the Çanakkale Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Property by decision no. 6285, dated 23 July 2020.
